From Samara, Russia, with care

Al Bustan Valley is an Oman-based company devoted to one simple idea: bringing the world's finest organic honey from the remote Samara region of Russia to the Arabian Peninsula.

The vast boreal forests, clean air, and short, intense summers of Samara create the perfect conditions for bees to produce honey of remarkable depth and purity. We partner with small, family-owned apiaries that have tended their hives for generations.

Every batch is harvested by hand, gently strained, and packed without heat treatment or additives. The result is honey that tastes exactly as nature intended.

The Honey

Four varieties, one standard

Each variety reflects a different landscape and bloom. All are raw, organic, and imported directly from Samara's apiaries.

Buckwheat Honey

Dark, malty and monofloral — gathered almost purely from buckwheat blossom. A natural source of eighteen amino acids and notably high in iron.

The classic variety and Russia's most loved. A polyfloral honey drawn from many meadow blossoms, traditionally taken to soothe the upper respiratory tract and encourage restful sleep.

From the queen of honey plants. Linden is one of the few flowering trees bees work, and its bloom fills the air with a scent that draws in bees and people alike — pale, delicate, faintly minty.
